Draft refund policy for Rentity fees

Scope

This policy covers Rentity plan fees only. It does not cover rent or deposits between landlord and tenant.

Pricing and refund terms follow the package page, and they are not in effect while plans are not on sale.

Returning a deposit is between the landlord and the tenant under the lease. Rentity only counts the days and calculates amounts.

When plans open, the steps and time limits will be shown on the package page and in a reviewed version of this policy.
