Privacy notice
This draft explains what Rentity collects and how it is used, as the system works today.
What we collect
- LINE profile data, such as display name and LINE user id
- Contact details, such as name, phone and email
- Tenant national ID or passport number, for lease contracts and for reporting the stay to immigration (TM.30)
- Payment slips and rent payment details
Why we use it
To manage leases, send bills and reminders, issue receipts, check slips, report stays under TM.30 and contact you about the unit.
Who processes data for us
Supabase (database and files), Vercel (web hosting), LINE (messages and sign in), Resend (email), Sentry (error tracking) and EasySlip (slip checking).
How long we keep it
For the lease and the period the law requires records to be kept, then it is deleted or made anonymous.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by telling your landlord or the Rentity team.
What stays out of logs
ID card and passport numbers are not written to the system logs.
